Reservation / Cancellation
Bookings are considered confirmed only after the payment of a CONFIRMATORY DEPOSIT equal to 30% of the total stay, which must be paid within and no later than 7 working days. Once this deadline has expired, the reservation will be automatically canceled without further communications from the hotel. Cancellations communicated within fourteen days from the expected date of arrival do not involve any cost and the deposit will be fully refunded, minus the costs of the refund operation with a maximum of €. 25.00. Late cancellation less than fourteen days and no show will result in loss of the deposit. The customer who opts for the advance payment of the total amount of the stay will be entitled to a 10% reduction but in the event of cancellation, after the booking or no show the amount paid will not be refundable. Should the early departure occur, the cost of the single room will be charged for all the days booked and not used.
